Workshops
- Workshops are formatted in two ways: the first is no camera zoom calls where you provide just your first name and the second is zoom calls with the camera activated.
- The goal of both types of workshops is to achieve a safe space where you can be authentic, vulnerable, and able to relate to others in the workshop. Whichever format you feel you would be able to reach those goals easier, you should choose.
- Some workshops are provided with materials that can be downloaded and taken with you after the session.
Other perks of a workshop
- You will receive the same knowledge and tools of individual coaching within this synergistic environment.
- It's a lower cost and you have greater accessibility to the coach.

Retreats
- Retreats are one-week-long events and are held 1-3 times per year. We have 10-20 people along with us located in a unique location.
- The days consist of 4 hours of learning and workshops, with the rest of the day filled with reflection, communal activities, and freedom!
